Our 14-Day Guarantee Covers:
✅ Items that arrive damaged, broken, or defective
✅ Wrong item, wrong color, or wrong size shipped
✅ Items missing parts.
✅ Orders that don't arrive within 30 days of shipping
How to claim a refund:
Email us at support@kartzydigital.com within 14 days of delivery
Include your order number and 1–2 clear photos or a short video of the issue
We'll review and respond within 24 hours
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Please note — we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:
❌ Change of mind or no-longer-wanted items
❌ Items damaged through misuse or wear after delivery
❌ Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
❌ Packages refused at delivery or unclaimed at customs
❌ Claims submitted after 14 days from delivery
Return shipping:
In most cases, you do not need to return the item — a clear photo or video is sufficient. If a physical return is required, our support team will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase by contacting support@kartzydigital.com.

Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner for processing, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped, our standard Refund & Return Policy will apply.
