Kartzy Digital ships worldwide, with primary focus on Europe, the Middle East, and select global destinations. Specific country availability is shown at checkout.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1โ2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time โ see our homepage for current offers.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly with the carrier.

Failed delivery / Wrong address
It's the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window plus 7 additional business days, please contact us at support@kartzydigital.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
