Processing time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping costs

Customs and import duties

Tracking your order

Failed delivery / Wrong address

It's the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may charge a re-shipping fee.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window plus 7 additional business days, please contact us at support@kartzydigital.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
